Please note, either the recipient of the gift card or the person who purchases it must contact me within 72 hours of the purchase to get more detailed information on how to use the card. In addition, the consultation must be scheduled within three months of the purchase date of the gift card or it will expire.
You can ask for a refund of your gift card so long as you submit the request within 14 days of the purchase and so long as the gift card hasn’t been redeemed. After 14 days, no refunds will be given.
